Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil
- â…› cup chicken broth
- ½ clove garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup power greens (organic is preferred)
- ½ cup chicken (cooked and diced)
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 ½ tsp parmesan cheese (grated)
- ½ cup cooked penne pasta (cook according to package)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, and cook until garlic is just soft.
- Add the power greens, tomatoes, broth, and chicken. Cook until greens are wilted and tomatoes are just soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan.
