Ingredients
- ¼ tomato (diced, I love the Heirlooms)
- 1/32 cup red onion (diced small)
- ¾ oz mozzarella (fresh, diced)
- 1/16 cup basil (fresh)
- ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into thick slices (approximately 4 slices/tomato).
- Place on platter.
- Cover tomatoes with onions, mozzarella, basil. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
