Ingredients
- ⅔ cup vegetables (cooked, pick your favorites/frozen veggies will work)
- 4 tsp blue cheese (crumbled )
- ⅔ slice bread (cut into cubes)
- 1 egg
- 2 ½ tbsp flour
- 4 tbs almond milk (no sugar added; can substitute cow's milk)
- cooking spray (be sure the spray has only oil listed as ingredients. I suggest avocado or grape seed oil)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375º and use the cooking spray to coat your casserole dish. Mix all your ingredients in a casserole dish. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until set.
