3. Brain and Bone Health Workout

4. Drop Down Weights in the Barn
This is a dynamic session where we’ll start with 15 reps of each move, then drop to 10, and finish with 5. This format keeps you engaged and challenges your muscles in a unique way, making the time fly by.
5. Rise, Shine & Go
This workout is the perfect way to start your morning with energy and positivity! Set to uplifting worship songs, it focuses on stretching and lengthening, helping you feel refreshed and centered. It’s all about preparing your body and mind for the day ahead, leaving you ready to take on whatever comes your way with purpose and joy!
