Creating a weekly workout plan can feel like a challenge some weeks, but we’ve taken the guesswork out for you with Your Weekly Workout Plan: 2! This plan features five 30-minute workouts you can easily fit into your week, and the best part? You don’t have to follow them in any specific order. All the workouts are free, and if you’re looking to switch things up or add extra movement, feel free to browse our full library of workouts. While all the workouts can be done without equipment, you’ll find options to amp up the intensity using a resistance band, loop, or weights. We’ve got you covered, so let’s get moving!

This Week’s Workouts

1. Total Body Strength

This workout is designed to target every major muscle group with a variety of exercises that focus on building strength and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this full-body workout will challenge you, with options to use weights or go equipment-free.

 

2. Balance Building Strength

We’ll focus on improving stability while strengthening key muscles throughout your body. This session combines controlled movements and balance exercises to enhance coordination and build muscle endurance. It’s a great way to improve both your strength and your ability to stay steady on your feet.

 

 

3. Brain and Bone Health Workout

This workout is designed to boost cognitive function and support bone density through a mix of cross-body movements and strength exercises. These moves engage both sides of your body, improving coordination and enhancing brain health while also targeting muscles that support bone strength. It’s a fun, full-body workout with lasting benefits for both your mind and bones!

 

 

4. Drop Down Weights in the Barn

This is a dynamic session where we’ll start with 15 reps of each move, then drop to 10, and finish with 5. This format keeps you engaged and challenges your muscles in a unique way, making the time fly by.

 

 

5. Rise, Shine & Go 

This workout is the perfect way to start your morning with energy and positivity! Set to uplifting worship songs, it focuses on stretching and lengthening, helping you feel refreshed and centered. It’s all about preparing your body and mind for the day ahead, leaving you ready to take on whatever comes your way with purpose and joy!
