2/3 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 tsp fresh lemon juice (plus thin lemon slice
3/4 cup sparkling water (no added sugar or artificial sweeteners)
Directions
Put blueberries, maple syrup, ginger, lemon juice in a small pan. Cook over low heat until berries are soft. Put in a blender until smooth. Let it sit until room temperature. Pour over ice, add sparkling water and fresh lemon slice.
