De-pit and cut up avocados and put into a medium-sized bowl. We want the avocados nice and ripe so that they’ll be easy to mash up for our guacamole. Use the back of your fork or a potato masher to mash your mixture together until chunky but more cohesive. Add in your tomatoes, onion, juice of your limes, cumin and salt and pepper. If you like cilantro, add in your cilantro. Stir everything around, and then serve. Great to use as a dip along with salsa or even to put on top of tacos.
