Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup tomatoes (chopped; use fresh, high-quality tomatoes for the best taste)
  • 2 tbsp yellow onion (diced thin)
  • ¼ cup cucumber (diced thin)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (optional)
  • ¼ lime (juiced)
  • ¼ cup mango (ripe, diced, optional. This can be a sweet and fun addition.)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • hot sauce (optional)

Instructions 

  • Use a large bowl and gently mix all of your ingredients.
