Love the twists! I bet green chiles (and onions) were a great addition!

This is a good recipe. I found making them in a muffin tin works very well.

These are great. I made a couple of adjustments.. added a little onion for flavor and hemp seed to up the protein. I topped it with green chile since I forgot to put that in the mix (had to since I am in NM and its chile season! :) )

There aren’t any directions for the recipes. Or am I missing something?

It is hard to say the exact size because your pan size will vary. The best answer is take the number of servings you are making and divide your bars into that number and that will be your serving size.

So is one serving size like a 1x1" or 2x2" square?

Thanks for the feedback and for the great suggestion on the variation! Mine are typically 1.5" - 2" thick but the thickness is a personal preference so use a pan to accommodate your preference. Make sure to adjsut the cooking time - the thicker they are the longer the baking time as I'm sure you know.😉

When I doubled the recipe, I baked it in an 8x8 pan and they came out really thin…haha They taste good but should I bake in a smaller pan? I also added fresh basil and mushrooms, yum!

Mine does not look like the photo at all but it was very very good. I blended it til smooth and it was all one liquid, not separate like the photo. Very bright green liquid. I multiplied it by 5 and poured it into a casserole dish. I think next time I will need a smaller dish as it turned out pretty flat but it was cooked just right. I don't think it would be solid enough for me to put in the toaster. Did I do this right?

I love the simplicity of this recipe and can't wait to try it! Are your recipes printable? I've seen several I like and would love to print them out. Thanks!

Power greens consist of kale, spinach and sometimes other dark leafy greens. You can also just use spinach leaves or just kale. It is not a powder it is a vegetable. Sorry about the confusion.

Thank you for bringing this up. I am going to change some of the recipes to make it easier to know how much to use. I see how when you change the serving sizes some of them aren't easy to understand. We will begin adjusting them. Thank you

The pan size would depend on how many servings you are making. If it is just 1 serving a small 4 x 4 glass pan is best. I just adjusted the recipe to include the yogurt - sorry about that I forgot to include that.

This new website is amazing!! I do have a couple of questions... When I click the metric system it doesn't seem to translate in the grocery list. When in double the recipe the size pan and time to cook doesn't change... I'm just curious...I can make my own adjustments. Again, I'm loving this new website! Thank you! ????

I used parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella and water instead of Greek yogurt. It's what I had, what God provided for me to use.
