Ingredients
- ¾ cup strawberries (sliced)
- ¼ bananas (sliced)
- ¾ tsp maple syrup
- ¾ tsp applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1 ½ tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 ½ tbs almond flour (coconut, or whole wheat flour)
- 1 ½ tsp flaxseed (ground)
- â…› tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Put diced strawberries and bananas in a greased pan. Combine maple syrup, coconut oil, apple sauce, flour, flaxseed and cinnamon together. Mix it together and crumble this mixture over strawberries. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for approximately 40 minutes.
