Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive (can substitute avocado oil)
  • 2 ½ tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon (lime, or orange juice (fresh squeeze))
  • clove garlic
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley (packed)
  • ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

My parents love Bonefish Grill salads and asked me to try and make their dressing. I think it tastes just like it but not as sweet.
