This yummy dressing goes especially well with mixed greens, tomatoes, and salmon.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp olive (can substitute avocado oil)
- 2 ½ tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp lemon (lime, or orange juice (fresh squeeze))
- ⅙ clove garlic
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh parsley (packed)
- ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
My parents love Bonefish Grill salads and asked me to try and make their dressing. I think it tastes just like it but not as sweet.
