  • 1 egg (or 2 small - med, cooked and peeled)
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup black beans (drained)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ red pepper (grilled)
  • 2 bun (or your bread of choosing)
