  • ½ cup cooked quinoa (cook according to package)
  • ¼ pound shrimp (cooked and cut in half)
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes ((cut in half))
  • ¼ tbsp green onions
  • ½ lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp mint (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp basil (fresh, chopped)
  • cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
