Ingredients 

  • papaya
  • pineapple
  • avocado
  • 2 ½ tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed is preferred)
  • ½ tsp mint leaves (fresh, chopped)
  • head butter lettuce

Instructions 

  • Chop papayas, pineapple, and avocado into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Mix lemon juice and mint leaves together. Pour mixture over fruit and toss lightly. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a papaya half-shell.
