Ingredients 

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ tomato (large, diced, and seeds discarded)
  • cup basil (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Cut avocado in 1/2 and remove pit.
  • Add tomato, basil, onion, vinegar, oil, salt, and paper into a bowl and stir.
  • Fill the bruschetta mixture into the avocado half and enjoy.
