Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- ½ tomato (large, diced, and seeds discarded)
- â…› cup basil (fresh, chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp onion (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut avocado in 1/2 and remove pit.
- Add tomato, basil, onion, vinegar, oil, salt, and paper into a bowl and stir.
