• 1/2 Cooked Chicken Breast, Diced into Small Pieces
  • 1/4 Water Chestnuts, Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Carrots, Shaved
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Amino Acids (liquid aminos makes this gluten-free)
  • 2 Large Lettuce Leaves


Mix all ingredients, except lettuce, in a bowl. Wash lettuce and place 1/2 of chicken mixture in each leaf. Fold up and enjoy! If you have any Asian sauces you can add those into the lettuce before you wrap. Be careful some Asian sauces are full of sugar and sodium. Read the label before you pour it all over your healthy wrap.
