Ingredients
- ½ banana (medium size, overripe )
- ⅜ cup rolled oats
- 4 tsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.Â
- Mash the over-ripened bananas until fairly smooth.
- Add the oats and dark chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Roll the cookie dough into small balls, place onto a non-stick cookie sheet, and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

These are my power cookies! I love to eat these almost every week! I used to eat nut bars for a quick snack but these are so much better for you and so simple to make! I swapped those bars and even tried making a batch with a teaspoon of natural peanut butter instead of the chips. Not to shabby and so healthy!
