Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp blue cheese (or blue cheese crumbles)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • black pepper

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Mix well until creamy. Enjoy!
