  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • â…“ tsp cinnamon
  • â…“ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • â…› tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ apple (optional)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider (optional)
  • 1 tbsp pecans (optional)

  • Preheat oven Cut 1 small butternut squash in half lengthwise
