Ingredients
- ¼ cup orange juice (100% - no sugar added)
- ¼ cup coconut water (regular water works too)
- ¼ avocado (frozen - can substitute banana)
- 2 strawberries (large, frozen)
- ½ cup spinach (fresh)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, thin with additional water.

A nice, mild smoothie. I did add just a tiny bit of vanilla just to add a little more flavor.
Vanilla is a great idea! I encourage everyone to get creative with it.
