Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted vegetables
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- ¼ cup milk (any kind)
- 1 ½ tsp fresh basil (chopped; can substitute parsley or cilantro)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender. Check the thickness of the soup. If you would like it thinner add additional broth.
