Ingredients
- 1 apple (cored and diced)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or real peanut butter)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (100% pure (optional))
- â…› Cup pecans chopped
- ½ Cup yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Put diced apples and cinnamon in a pan with 1/4 Cup Water.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft.
- Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and peacns and stir.
- Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
