Ingredients 

  • 1 orange (Cutties work great)
  • 1/16 cup orange juice
  • â…› cup low-fat plain yogurt (may substitute for dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey ( or 100% maple syrup)
  • orange zest

Instructions 

  • Zest the 2 Cuties and set zest aside.
  • Peel Cuties and Cut in half (cut so that all segments are cut in half).
  • Separate the segments and put in a bowl. Add juice, yogurt and honey.
  • Stir and serve into bowls. Top with Zest.
