Ingredients
- 1 - 4 oz chicken breast (cooked (grilled or sautéed are best))
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pesto sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.Â
- Place Cooked chicken breasts in the bottom of a pan.
- Pour pesto sauce equally over each breast.
- Place 2 tomato slices on each breast and top with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and cook until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes).
- Remove foil and broil until cheese is melted and bubbling.
