Really delicious and nutritious! I have made this twice so far. Due to my affinity for very dark chocolate, I made a slight modification - I used one 3.2 oz organic 85% dark chocolate bar and 1.5 cups of dark chocolate morsels. Also added a scoop of unflavored collagen protein powder. My son really enjoys this recipe too. Thanks for a new favorite!

This was incredible! I couldn't believe it could be so low in sugar and taste so amazing! I modified the recipe with ingredients I had on hand. Instead of 2 Cups of semi-sweet morsels, I used 1 cup and 1 bar of pure bakers chocolate. I replaced the pistachios with salted roasted almonds I had from Costco and a dash of cayenne pepper. It was delish!!! I'll be making this again and again and sharing with friends and giving as gifts. Thank you Michele and everyone for your reviews that persuaded me to give it a try! Enjoy!
