Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz salmon
- â…› tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tsp onion (finely diced )
- ¾ tsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- 1 flour tortillas (can use corn tortillas for gluten-free)
- ¼ avocado (diced)
- 2 tbsp shredded lettuce
- 1 pinch red pepper (diced)
Instructions
- Sprinkle cumin over salmon steak and bake in a preheated oven 350° for 15 min. or until cooked throughout.
- Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, and cilantro.
- Place salmon in a warmed tortilla, and top with yogurt sauce, avocado, and lettuce.  Serve immediately.
