Ingredients 

  • ½ cup brown rice (can use white rice)
  • 1 tbs parsley (fresh, packed)
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Cook rice according to package. Once it’s cooked add fresh parsley, olive oil, and salt. Stir and serve.
