Ingredients
- ½ can solid white tuna in water
- ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt (substitute dairy-free yogurt)
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp capers (optional)
- 1 tbsp pickles (chopped)
Instructions
- Open tuna fish can and drain all water. Mix together all ingredients. Can be used on top of a salad, sandwich or mixed into a pasta salad.
