Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups babaco (chopped, can substitute pineapple)
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ cinnamon stick
- ½ cup water
- 1 cloves
- 1 allspice
Instructions
- Chop babaco into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add water, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice.
- Simmer but don't boil.
- Pour mixture over chopped fruit (pineapple works well, too,). Add cloves before serving and enjoy!
