Ingredients 

  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 5 strawberries (frozen)
  • ½ cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup 100% juice or water (can substitute water)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (for dairy-free, use coconut milk or dairy-free yogurt)

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (if too thick add more water or juice).
