Ingredients
- ¾ cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 3 tsp green onions (thinly sliced)
- ¾ tsp fresh thyme
- ⅜ cup milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 tsp low-fat plain yogurt
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.
