  • ¾ cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 3 tsp green onions (thinly sliced)
  • ¾ tsp fresh thyme
  • cup milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3 tsp low-fat plain yogurt
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  • Pour into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.
