- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup almonds (sliced)
- 1 cup almond milk (can substitute cashew milk, no sugar added)
- ½ banana (slliced)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add oats, and turn heat to low.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add cinnamon, raisins, banana, and almonds, stir, cover the pan, and cook for 2 more minutes.
