Ingredients 

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup almonds (sliced)
  • 1 cup almond milk (can substitute cashew milk, no sugar added)
  • ½ banana (slliced)

Instructions 

  • Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add oats, and turn heat to low.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Add cinnamon, raisins, banana, and almonds, stir, cover the pan, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, stir in milk, and serve.
