  • 1 slice bread (use GF in needed)
  • â…“ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup snow peas (chopped)
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes (I love grape or cherry tomatoes!)

Instructions 

  • Add a slice of turkey for an additional 5 grams of protein
