It can be hard to find but I find most major groceries stores carry dairy-free options. Good luck!

I have not tried this, but I have done it before. My only concern is that finding dairy -free options is so hard.

Do you have nutritional counts for your recipes. Calories, fats, sugar, etc.

Hi , I just joined this wonderful group, and excited to reach my healthy goals. Looking at the gut health plan, its only 800 calories give or take a day, i know I could survive on this. Do you have other alternatives

This is so good and so easy to make. I have made it a couple times already. The only problem I had was finding a tall enough glass to put it in. If you have never made it, I suggest that you do.
