Ingredients
- ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt (dairy free )
- 2 tbsp orange juice (no sugar added)
- ½ cup berries (any knid)
- ½ banana (sliced)
- ⅓ cup flaxseed
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and OJ.
- Put 1/2 of yogurt mixture in a tall, wide glass.
- Add 1/2 the berries, 1/2 the banana slices, and the 1/2 the flax.
- Layer remaining yogurt, berries, and flax.
