  • ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt (dairy free )
  • 2 tbsp orange juice (no sugar added)
  • ½ cup berries (any knid)
  • ½ banana (sliced)
  • cup flaxseed

  • Mix yogurt and OJ.
  • Put 1/2 of yogurt mixture in a tall, wide glass.
  • Add 1/2 the berries, 1/2 the banana slices, and the 1/2 the flax.
