Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan. Turn to med/high heat. Add onion, garlic and sausage. Cook for about 10 min.
  2. Add beans, broth, kale, salt and pepper. Cover and cook an additional 5 min.

    Putting it in the soup changes the texture which I think helps those who don't love kale.

    I was completely surprised that my husband loves this! He usually turns his nose up at kale but we both so enjoyed this.

    A new favorite! Even my husband liked it with the kale! The only thing he said is he would like more beans in it.

    One of my favorite recipes and so easy to make. Honestly I hadn’t really tried kale much before but in this out it’s great and I feel so healthy
