Ingredients
- ¼ cup mango (frozen)
- ¼ cup pineapple (frozen)
- 4 oz coconut milk
- â…› cup coconut water (or reg. water)
- 1 mint leaf
Instructions
- Blend the fruit, coconut milk, coconut water, and mint leaves into a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into mold and put into the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
