Ingredients 

  • â…™ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup potatoes (cut in very small pieces)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup red pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup celery (diced)
  • ½ cup turkey breast (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • diced green onions. (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add broth and potatoes to pan.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Add onion, celery and pepper, cover and cook additional 5 minutes.
  • Add turkey and dill and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • Top with optional green onions
