Ingredients
- 4 tsp chicken broth
- ½ cup potatoes (cut in very small pieces)
- ⅛ cup chopped onion
- ⅛ cup red pepper (diced)
- ⅛ cup celery (diced)
- ¼ cup turkey breast (cooked and chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp fresh dill (chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
- diced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Add broth and potatoes to pan.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Add onion, celery and pepper, cover and cook additional 5 minutes.
- Add turkey and dill and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Top with optional green onions
