Use this amazing sauce over roasted vegetables, fish, chicken, eggs, bread, baked potato, or just about anything.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ clove garlic (peeled and chopped fiine)
- ⅛ tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat oil over low/medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 3 minutes. Add crushed red pepper. When garlic turns a light golden color remove from heat.
- Let slightly cool and add lemon juice. When it is at room temperature add fresh parsley and salt (don't add parsley when warm or it will wilt the parley)
Notes
This also makes a wonderful salad dressing by adding balsamic vinegar.
