Ingredients 

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 cups cole slaw mix (prepackaged)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, vinegar, and a splash of water to a bowl and stir. Add slaw mix and green onions. Stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
