Ingredients:
Dressing-
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Bowls-
- 4 cups Lettuce
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb pork thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dressing
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups Carrots - shredded
- 1 small Cucumber - thinly sliced
- 1 Onion  - thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 Radishes thinly sliced
- 1Â Â Pepper thinly sliced
- Jalapeños - remove seeds and slice
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Lime cut into four pieces
- 1/8 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
For dressing, put all ingredients except sesame seeds in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add sesame seeds and stir.
For bowl, combine 1/4 cup dressing, soy sauce, sweet chili. Stir and pour over sliced pork. Let sit for 15 minutes - 4 hours. Combine water, vinegar and sugar in a small pan. Bring to a boil. Add onions & radishes and set to the side.Â
