• 2 tablespoons of peppers pre-cooked
  • 2 tablespoons of onions pre-cooked
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • ½ cup chopped chicken per person
  • 2/3 of your prepared zucchini and squash (around 1 cup, your choice to add more or less)


Toss the peppers, onions, chicken, zucchini, squash and chicken into a frying pan with olive oil on medium high heat, stirring consistently. Stir in the balsamic and let it cook into the ingredients. Remove from heat once mixture is at your desired temperature and top with salt and pepper! Enjoy :)
