Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • *1 shot cold espresso (if you don't want caffeine, then omit this)
  • 1 tablespoons almond/peanut butter

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Makes 1 large serving or 2 small ones
