• 1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 oz. Brie Cheese
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Arugula


Lightly toast bread. Spread mustard over bread. Add arugula on bread and top with tomato and then brie. Broil on low until cheese is melted.
