  • 2 tbsp nut butter (any kind - just nuts and salt (no sugar added))
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp pecans (chopped - can substitute almonds or walnuts)
