Ingredients 

  • ½ cup unsweetened milk (any kind - can use almond or oat milk for dairy free )
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (any kind - just nuts and salt (no sugar added))
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp pecans (chopped - can substitute almonds or walnuts)

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients, except chopped nuts, in blender and blend until smooth. Scoop into bowl and place in freezer for 30 min. Sprinkle nuts over top and enjoy!

    1. Hi Nadine, the instructions say to “Put all ingredients, except chopped nuts, in blender and blend until smooth. Scoop into bowl and place in freezer for 30 min. Sprinkle nuts over top.”
