Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened milk (any kind - can use almond or oat milk for dairy free )
- 2 tbsp nut butter (any kind - just nuts and salt (no sugar added))
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp pecans (chopped - can substitute almonds or walnuts)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except chopped nuts, in blender and blend until smooth. Scoop into bowl and place in freezer for 30 min. Sprinkle nuts over top and enjoy!

Good morning! Could you please tell me what to do with the ingredients? Do you just mix it all together?
Yes! A blender will definitely be easier than hand mixing though. We have added the instructions to the recipe!
