Ingredients 

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 shot cold espresso (if you don't want caffeine, then omit this)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter, no sugar added)

Instructions 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
