- 1 banana (frozen)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 shot cold espresso (if you don't want caffeine, then omit this)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter, no sugar added)
