Ingredients
- 1 ½ cloves garlic
- 1 - 6 oz chicken breast
- 8 - oz great white northern beans (drained)
- 1 tbsp lemon
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 splash olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Grill or cook chicken breasts.
- Roast garlic in the oven at 400º for about 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
- Once roasted, add garlic into a Ninja or a blender with the drained great white northern beans and blend until smooth. Add the lemon juice and blend until the ingredients are mixed well.
- Put white bean, and garlic mash onto a plate, and then put the cooked chicken on top of the mash.
- Sprinkle dried rosemary over the top of the chicken along with olive oil. Add some salt and pepper to taste, and you're ready to eat!
