  • 1 slice bacon (no nitrate, uncured is best)
  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • clove garlic (minced)
  • pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
