Ingredients 

  • 1 - 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ½ garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt (dairy-free yogurt optional)
  • ¾ tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground coriander
  • tsp chili powder
  • tsp nutmeg

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients in large bowl except the chicken. Mix well.
  • Add chicken and stir so all chicken is coated with sauce.
  • Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Shake off excess sauce, put chicken on grill, and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side.
