Ingredients
- ¼ pound tuna steak (sashimi grade; diced into small pieces)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (gf options available )
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ⅓ tsp sesame seeds
- wasabi (to taste)
Instructions
- Rub the wasabi over the tuna and then pour half of the soy sauce over the thawed ahi tuna,
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cover the tuna to create a crust.
- Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan on high heat. Gently place the tuna in the pan and sear both sides for about 30 seconds (you can cook if desired).
