- 2 Apples, cored and diced
- 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tblsp. Almond Butter or Real Peanut Butter
- 1/8 Cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds, Pecans or Walnuts
- 1 Cup Yogurt (optional)
Put diced apples and cinammon in a pan with 1/2 Cup Water. Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft. Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and almonds and stir. Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
